An avid hiker, she and her family have climbed seven of the highest mountains in the contiguous United States, including Mt. Whitney (#1), Mt. Elpert (#2), and Mt. Massive (#3). Eileen helped her husband condition and prepare for his successful climb of Mt. Kilamanjaro. She herself has competed recreationally in racquetball, tennis, running, golf and most extensively in equestrian events. She has 30+ years in the horse world, riding in hunter/jumpers, eventing and dressage. She also trail rides and has experience with Natural Horsemanship.
