Amateur Dressage

With all the snowy, rainy days lately and without a covered arena, it's been impossible to stay in regular training this last month.  It's surprising how quickly one can feel out-of-synch by losing a week of training.

In the meantime, I'm trying to find creative ways to stay motivated and to stay in "training" out of the saddle.  I'm watching videos from DressageTrainingOnline.com  (a favorite site) and just found a site, CPM24.tv ) that streams live equestrian events from Germany.  I'm trying to stay in shape by swimming at lunch and working with weights at home.  These activities will keep me occupied for a while, I guess.  I can't wait for the weather to clear up though!!!
